Software Development Engineer
Hello! I am a fifth-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 with a minor in 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 at the University of Alberta. I have a passion for turning ideas into impactful solutions. With a strong foundation in Computer Science and a track record of creating innovative software, I'm committed to pushing boundaries and making a difference in the tech world
I led a significant project within the USPLCC team, introducing a key feature that streamlined credit line increase requests for Amazon's unsecured credit card customers on the website and mobile app. This integration resulted in a $45 million annual spending increase on the PLCC card, improved customer engagement, and boosted sales and profit margins. I also played a pivotal role in developing a user-friendly interface and deep linking integration with Synchrony Bank, enhancing operational efficiency. My collaboration with cross-functional teams ensured seamless integration into Amazon's infrastructure while maintaining coding standards and optimizing performance for project success.
As part of the Maritime Helicopter Program, I developed tests for the Mission Data Management System in Sikorsky aircraft. I used the Robot Test framework to create airworthiness-compliant tests and rigorously tested them in simulators to ensure reliability in real-world deployments. I also generated work instructions for migrating to a new PR system to facilitate a smoother transition.
I oversaw the IT team's efficient delivery of prototypes within budget, managing timelines and resources effectively. I improved the user experience of the company's mobile app, making it more user-friendly. I also designed and developed a user-friendly website to enhance our online presence. Additionally, I maintained a secure network server for seamless data accessibility and contributed innovative solutions through 3D modeling and printing custom parts for experimental projects.
